Warranty Information

Hexcord Leash Warranty
Channel Islands Surfboards will UNCONDITIONALLY replace any hex cord for a period of 1 year from the original purchase. Replaced leashes are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.  All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made that is not specifically authorized in writing by CI.  All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from a US based authorized CI dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer.
